Accepted Methods of Payment.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders.

Shipping Time
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 4-10 day delivery time.
Shipping Methods
Merchandise will be shipped using UPS, or USPS Ground Service, where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customers.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing. Call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage, and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects.
If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy
A2Z Vehicle Covers will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in new, unused, clean, and resalable condition. All original packaging, original UPC codes, blank warranty cards, accessories and manuals must be returned. Only the returned product, less a 15% restocking fee, is refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipments.
Before returning any products, you must contact A2Z Vehicle Covers via email at, support@A2ZVehicleCovers.com. Please include the following:
- "RETURN" in the subject field
- your full name
- order number
- the reason for the return
You will receive a email from us with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to complete your return. No packages will be accepted without a RAN written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RAN issued before they are returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, or the item must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
- original manufacturer's packaging
- the original invoice or receipt
Once you have received a Return Authorization Number from us, you should: - Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
- Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00, should be insured.
We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
You, the buyer, are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused, or returned, with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Return/Exchange Policy for the DIGIWRENCH:
1. Call 1-800-720-4545 for return Authorization number.
2. You must have your receipt as proof that you bought from an Authorized dealer and the date date of purchase.
3. State the reason for the return.
WWT Group Inc. will ONLY WARRANTS DEFAULT PRODUCT WITHIN THE WARRANTY TIME.
The written warranty for the DigiWrench is:
1-Year Limited Warranty.
This product has been engineered and crafted with great care for your satisfaction. WWT Group, Inc. warrants WWT-1430 Nocord DigiWrench 12-Volt Digital Impact Wrench against defects in materials or workmanship and will repair or replace this product, as its option, free of charge for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized attempts to repair this product. This warranty also does not apply if this product has been damaged by causes beyond the control of WWT Group, Inc., including but not limited to accidents, fire, flood or acts of God. This warranty applies only to the original purchase of this product.
